Returns & Exchanges Policy (U.S. Orders)


At Primal Aesthetiks, our goal is to deliver gear you’re proud to wear. If your order doesn’t hit the mark, we make the return or exchange process simple.


Policy Sections:


1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Gift cards are non-refundable.


2️⃣ How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Visit our Returns Portal (or email your support email if no portal yet).

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

4. Print your return label and ship it back.


3️⃣ Refunds

- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

- Please allow 5–7 business days after delivery for processing.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4️⃣ Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to availability.

- If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive a refund instead.


5️⃣ Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at keith@primalaesthetiks.com, and we’ll make it right.
