Is your ordering system secure?
Yes. Our website is powered by Shopify and uses SSL encryption to keep your information safe.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, it’s already in processing.
Can I change my address after placing my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@primalaesthetiks.com ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
How quickly do you process and ship orders?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once shipped.
How can I track my order status?

Do international orders pay customs fees?
Yes, international customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Return & Exchange Questions
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags. Start a return here.
How long will the return/exchange process take?
Once your return arrives, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Am I responsible for the return shipping fees?
For returns, yes. For exchanges or defective items, we cover the shipping cost.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it restock?
Some items restock, but many are limited runs. Join our email list for restock alerts.
How do I wash my gear?
Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry for longevity. Do not iron graphics.
